Ovision Weddings is a Birmingham based wedding photography and film documentary studio (available to travel) led by multi‑award‑winning Ayodeji Awoyomi. I have the joy of working comfortably across the UK and overseas. we get a real kick out of chasing the moment and aim to photograph not only how things look but how they feel. Capturing emotion is a high priority for me and I never forget how privileged I am to be part of someone’s wedding day or personal shoot.
We are a team of not just professionals but artistic visual storytellers dedicated to bringing the best out of your event. We focus on capturing and sealing your most meaningful moments with impeccable, tasteful imagery beyond words. Our work is documentary in spirit and artistic in execution, created to preserve the atmosphere and feeling of your day for years to come.
I photograph in a relaxed, artistic documentary style and I like to get close so I can record the small, unscripted moments that matter. I believe the best images come from trust and ease, which is why it helps for us to get to know each other beforehand. When you feel comfortable, your story unfolds naturally and honestly in front of the camera.
As your photographer, it is my priority to be invested in you. You may have special requests or things you are unsure about, so feel free to ask as many questions as you like. If you want something that is not listed on the website, tell me and I will do my best to accommodate. My aim is to deliver a bespoke experience that reflects your vision and preserves the feeling of your day.
When I am not documenting weddings, you will find me walking the shores and exploring nature, visiting galleries and exhibiting work, or soaking up the creativity of other artists. That curiosity and discipline feed my practice and keep me searching for light, emotion and the decisive moment.
